We will demonstrate mutual respect, honesty, and discretion in the use of patient clinical and imaging data, during teaching/lectures, as a part of the clinical radiology team, and when interacting with referring clinicians and non-radiology colleagues.

All practitioners within Radiology Partnerships have extensive reporting portfolios, with multi-site experience. We will provide statistically proven reporting accuracy in accordance with clinical governance protocols and abiding to RCR Best Practice Guidance.

We undertake peer review audit together amongst our own advanced practitioners to practise within stringent clinical governance arrangements.

We believe in shared learning, better team working and improved services for patients.

Radiology Partnerships associates has an 'open-door' policy for training of radiological interpretation, utilising 1-1 mentoring during reporting sessions, or providing seminars and CPD training to staff groups.

Supporting the RCR new service model

Radiology Partnerships acknowledges that the ever increasing role of imaging in modern clinical care has led to unyielding increase in demand. The result of this is delayed results from imaging tests and subsequent deferred diagnosis of serious diseases.

We are highly committed to providing an ongoing patient centred radiology service as well as reducing short term capacity gaps.

WHO WE ARE

Radiology Partnerships is made up of two managing directors. We are Senior Advanced Practitioner Radiographers and longstanding Clinical Tutors and Honorary Lectures at multiple universities, with extensive multisite reporting experience within the NHS.

We have clinical managerial responsibilities and commitments to teaching of undergraduate/postgraduate radiographers and Radiology ST Doctors in the North West of United Kingdom.

We understand the dimensions of reporting accuracy, governance and professionalism.
